To speed up the management of your support case and to help you better, we use a support hosting system. Each support case is assigned a unique case number, which can be used to track your case through the entire support process. For your information, we will archive the history of your support case. A functioning e-mail address is a requirement to submit a support ticket.

We use a program to provide direct remote support to you. You can download the program directly through the links below.

When the program starts on your computer, you will see a nine-digit ID number. We will ask for these in order to help via remote support.
